Founder & President

As Founder and President of CMG PRODUCTIONS, INC., a strategic communications firm, Colleen M. Growe conducts message mapping and issues management sessions, provides executive coaching and leads communications strategy workshops to prepare for media, financial, regulatory and industry opportunities.

Drawing on over twenty-five years experience in politics, issues and crisis management, public affairs and as a multi-award winning television producer/director, Ms. Growe provides custom designed strategic communications counsel that enables participants to map out a compelling story, prepare for difficult questions and deliver a clear message, even when facing challenging audiences.

Ms. Growe has developed a highly effective executive coaching approach anchored by a Message Mapping process to enable the translation of complex messages into an actionable Story Flow Narrative that is credible and compelling for all constituents. The output is intended for use in a range of communicative settings, both internally and externally. Ms. Growe’s proven expertise in Leadership Communications spans multiple industries including pharmaceutical, biotech, devices, financial services, technology, energy, consumer products, entertainment, media and fashion.

As a television producer/director, Ms. Growe is the recipient of numerous awards including the Grand Questar and Gold Questar Awards, given by the Academy of Communications Arts and Sciences, in recognition of excellence and innovation in corporate videos, and the Pinnacle Award from the American Women in Radio and Television for outstanding ability as producer/director.
